To the user who posted about medical literature and attempted to shift the headline news to the next page:
your tactics will not work. If you post bullshit and try to push our news to next pages, investors like me will re post the original post. You developers cannot stop us from learning the truth about your criminal affairs.
TO ALL INVESTORS WHO PAID R-HOLDING AND OTHERS
DO NOT PAY THESE CRIMINALS
AJMAN IS A LAWLESS STATE
It is clear that oil was running out in the region. Investor funds should not be used to run governments. Why is police so slow to arrest criminals like aman qureshi, esskay etc etc? What if R-Holding go into hiding in the future, who will protect us? Is there any protection?
What do you suggest i do?
Hi there,
I am a new to the site, my little brother had all his savings paid as a down payment to obtain a lot in Lilies tower more than a year ago. Since then, i am paying his instalements since he is outside the gulf area with not enough encome. It is hard for us as we are both have other liabilities, me being a mom and him starting a new career in a foreign country.
We were hoping to recieve the flat soon to rent it so it pays its instalement, but things went wrong as i see. I am not with much experience in investments, nevertheless in realestates. My prother is worse.
Should i continue paying - while struggling - or should i sell. If i wanted to sell, will I (at least) get what i have paid up to now back?
I feel lost and worried and need to know what should i do. I would welcome any sincere advise.
PS. Any legal advice from a lawyer or consultant who had a look at the contracts terms??????? maybe.
Thanks
Pray for a miracle
Dear Capi, sorry to be blunt but your only hope at the moment is to pray for a miracle. Nobody will buy your apartment because it's not worth the paper its agreement is written upon, the developer will not refund the money, ARRA will not help you, and lawyers will fleece you further. Most lawyers want 1K per hour just to hear our story. As many have commented over and over again Ajman is a lawless state, so all you can do for now is stop paying till the situation improves, if it ever does. And yes don't forget to pray for a miracle. Good Luck.
unhappy investors
dear investors in Ajman
I'm a swiss citizen (ex Banker) with connections to the Ajman Government (HH). I came across this website and I know that unhappy investors are bad for the future of Ajman, which the Government for sure doesn't want. They need the investor to drive their reputation and success in the UAE. I already contacted one investor directly. I will meet during Ramadan with the Government and the people in charge, so please if you could contact me directly and kinda 'sign up' so that I can prepare 'my case' and find a way out of your problem which at the end is also a problem for the Government of Ajman and their business reputation worldwide, which will keep big investors away if we don't find a solution here.

ajman help
how about you start by telling ajman government to reduce the court fees for filing a case as they are intentionally making it impossible for people to seek justice.
not only the developers are thieves, but they are well supported by the government of ajman.
this needs to change as soon as possible.
as for me personnaly, I will make sure that whenever ajman word is brought up in any conversation, I label it with "lawless land that allows thieves to operate".
illagitmate businesses are now becomming lagit by having escrow account.
the biggest scam of all times.
