Did anybody get any kind of news from ARRA regarding the Final registration?
Is ARRA going to put an official list of registered developers?
what abt the developers who fail to register?
pls share if u have any news..
zpn, we said already, ARRA is protecting and worrying about the developers more than developes themseleves.
Dont sit there, play as you dont know that by now.
so if you know this, why do you expect ARRA to take a "swift" action or punish the developers no matter what they do.
Basically, if developers are sitting on an average of 50 Million AED in the banks, ARRA knows it, the government in ajman knows it, not much being built, and no one is taking action, whatelse do you need?
dont sit there and pretend as someone cares to bring you back your money or try to make this deal fair for you. Because no one cares.
I don’t know why you are always aggressive with everyone. I suggest you should talk to other members in this forum with manners. If you have lost hope then that’s you. Not all of us are pessimistic as you are. I am part of the earth and it’s going through a ruff time call world financial crises and I am in a business and in business there is profit and lost and when I WENT TO THE DEVELOPER on my own feet with my own money I was buying a future development and a drawing . In fact I have bought a flat in MR tower too just like you and they are very slow but at least moving my other flat in Furqan has totally stopped for over 6 months now . But I have hope 2012 or 13 or 14 or 15 I will have something Inshalah.

All I was saying if you are in EC investments, dont expect any deadlines to be honored.
unique tower, MR tower, Crystal, whatever, all are scams to me. Go look up the definition of an investment, it doesnt apply here.
if we agree that what you have with EC is not investments, then its scams. Because the developers are holding the money against the well of the purchasers. That simple. run a pole on this site and see how many people want their money back.

developers are theives, ARRA is not taking action against them, they are sitting on millions, your only hope is to find a sound judge that will issue an order to the fat developer to retun the money.

Developers in E.C. are working as a one group for their best interests when they dealing with R holdings or ARRA, on the other side the investors just complaining, not trust each other and no action. Complaining and weeping only in this forum will not make construction completed or money will be refunded.

The registration of the developers with ARRA has been fixed for July1,2009. So we will all have to wait for a month to see if LVRE registers. Lets hope for the best.
Hi everyone, have just recently joined this forum but like you all have suffered at the hands of lakeview realestate. I have been invested for nearly 2 years now, and am fed up with all the excuses we must all get together and take legal action ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
YES MY FRIND ( victim ) ARRA AFTER DEADLINE JULY,1,2009 IF THE DEVLOPER ALSO NOT REGESTER WITH THEM ( ARRA ) will send all the victim ( investor ) to court WITH PICE OF PAPER SIGNE BY ARRA ( TO HOM IT MY CONCERN ) . without doing any thing to crimnal ( develober ) even they are the spicileties goverment under law 8 signe by prisedent of ajman ,ARRA to take action by court .
the ajman govt would want to earn more from us, when we file a case against the developer that is why they won't do anything to the culprits.the only ppl who r in all lose situation is us investors.rest all r in win win situation.
how could the govt tell us to go to court to get our ioney .they were the ones who allowed these criminals to develop and advertise on their lands.
all are (developer and govt) together trying to rob us of whatever money we have.
