want to cancel the contract

I want to cancel the contract. What should I do?
I cannot afford to spend more since I have no job. If I get my money which I paid (approx. AED 115) I can pay my rent and look for a job.
Please advise how I can cancel and if so how much I will get back.

approx 800 sq. ft
I have paid AED 110,000 and AED 214,310 is still remaining.
