ALMOST ALL OF TOWERS STARTED TO BUILD EXCEPT ROSE! :(
I TOOK THESE PHOTOS TODAY AND I AM SURE THEY CAN NOT DELIEVER IT ON TIME TO CUSTOMERS :( :( :(
Hey All people who bought in Rose Tower, whether arab or non arab We need to take a serious action.
In my opinion, we need to sue them. Yes File a case against this company.
Or if any one know a better action he is welcome.
We need to arrange our self and get together.
First , whoever, of you want to participate he can send me e-mail on ahmahmoud78@hotmail.com or call me 0504407254. We need to form a group and select representatives who can take action.
Also, input from all of you is required on how we should deal with this.
I'm in Saudi Arabia now. I'll be back in January,2009. But mean while I'm in, in what ever action to be taken.

Hi, I also become desperate about my investment, and I always feel I should stop paying.
But is it really that bad? Will Rose Tower never be built?
I would like to know if you guys stopped paying or what other actions you started. Maybe if we all don't pay for a few months, they might start reacting and providing with more information...
Dear all, Investor of Rose tower... since there is no movement, I suggest you all should go to the developer office with the current picture sit with them and litsen what they say make minuites of meeting... this kind of documents will be very much helpful in future.
I request all the investor of D01 & D02 we also need to do same way, it is the time where one more meeting is necessory and with prior notice to developer we can visit there.
Now simply calling and writing will not work, need the urgent meeting.

Plz stop ur payments it is the only way u can pressurise the developers. the more u pay the more u will be dependent on the developers. if u dont pay they will follow us like beggars to pay cs they know that without our money nothing will happen.
i have already stopped paying since more than 3 months. the reaction was zero. nobody even called me to ask why iam not paying. or whats going on?!! i think something wrong is really happening there and we need to find an urgent solution. iam almost convinced that what we have payed there will never come back again.

I SAW HOW WORKERS WERE WORKING IN (D01) AND (D02).FIRST AND SECOND TOWERS WERE BUILDING EVEN IN FRIDAY.
BUT AROUND (D03) BASE ONLY I SAW SOME USELESS MATERIALS LIKE GARBAGE! AND ONE WORKER ROOM WHERE WAS LOCK!!!!!!!(IT WAS EMPTY)
PLS ANYONE WHO WRITE COMMENT AND READ THIS POST,WRITE HIS MAIL ON IT IF HE/SHE LIKE TO MAKING COMITEE.

actually i was paying by bank transfer through the broker. the only thing they are doing (which is honestly good) is sending back a receipt. thats what all they are doing. collecting money. they don't work. they don't even explain why they are late. the developer announced last february taking a full page in Gulfnews that the next day was the project launching date. which means 9 months have been spent since that date. up to this moment, they didn't do more than collecting money.

I have paid 35% - for ZERO construction by sweethomes in Ajman Uptown. They have our Post Dated Cheques. I am now thinking of just walking away and writeoff the complete payment so far, I need to find a lawyer to file a case, to then get a police report to then take it to the bank to put a stop payment on the cheques. The lawyers will probably charge me at least the equivalent of another installment.
