visa is their need now..
they are giving visa because its their need at this time.. no taker of property, prices going down day by day and developers are going bankrupt.. cheques are bounced day by day.. so they must do something which can stop it and bring atleast some investors, remember, they are not doing it for us, they allready closed their doors at our faces last time...
they are doing it for new generation of investors and no wonder, they will play the game again after some time... they can either cancel the visa later or if not then they can keep renewal fees very high.. who can stop them?
but only one good point is, if a fresh generation of investors comes by this move, atleast we can get better prices than now..so its ok for us.

no new investors
Even they are taking such steps, there are no new investors especially in Ajman and especially in off-plans. and more than 80% of current investors stopped paying their installement.
Just tell me who will trust these people anymore. I always laugh when i remeber the National newspaper which mentioned clearly that there are more than 900 towers sold off-plans in ajman from more than two years back and where construction did not start at all.
What they have done with this bulk money? Why they did not start the construction? Did they use this money to advertise for new off-plan projects?
All these questions and other questions will be answered in the coming few months in the newspapers. But em telling from now, things are not going fine in this Emirate (Ajman)
