Can any one help me knowing the current position of venice 2. somgulf developers & junaid real estate agents are not replying for my mails neither picking up phones.
There is no construction going on this tower but it is expected that construction will start on this tower next year. It is better to contact ARRA that som gulf has applied for registration for Venice tower-2 or not yet. ARRa tel. no. 06-7444144.
For your information Somgulf almost got registrion for venice tower-1 and escrow account will be open for this tower upto mid of september 09.
The Developer of somgulf tower-4 and Venice towers are very lazy. I dont know when the construction will start on these towers plus they dont have their escrow accounts for any tower in emirate city.
