venice tower and arra
I spoke this morning to latifa at arra in ajman who told me to stop payments for venice tower until an escrow account is put in place.
The company for venice tower is real estate investment establishment I dont know if they are doing other towers.
I have emailed them today at admin@ajmanrele.com .
When I have a reply I will post it here.
I think everyone who is building in ajman has to have escrow so everybody is asked to stop payments till escrow in place.

Stop payment
Even my developer Sapphire lake veiw B 13 also has stopped payment until they get an escrow account also they have not yet started construction :(
