Value for Money

I have been watching this site for quite a long time. I found that people have bought their apartment for living as well as for the investment purpose. Most of these were booked between 300 - 450 Dhs psf.
Based on the developers price, it was appreciateed upto 550 Dhs psf.
Even after this global recession, and the impact of it on property market, still the buying and selling of the proprty for EMIRATES CITY is being carried out @ 350 Dhs psf.

It seems that the effect of this recession is not big for EC property
May be for the new projects and short term investors, it will be a big loss, as they will not be able to pay the premium for all the booked properties. Also, they are unable to sell quickly.

I am sure that graph will only go up as far as the price and market value of EC is concerned, because there are many projects which is actually running on full swing in EC.
The project which has not started yet, Investores, please watch it very carefully
