I think this is time for all of us who booked apartments in GCD-2, we all should share our discussions with builder and then plan for next steps. if we all will talk about same points then they will have to do something for it. problem will be when some people will accept the changes and others will not, then they will be strong. but if nobody will accept the changes in contract terms and conditions, then it will be the time for them to think over it. we have options , so we should share our plans.

Dear Rohtahir,you are right,& we shouldnt pay them even one Dirham befor changing their new payment plan to a suitable conditions.
