I confirm that Mr Heshmi is right (because I also attended the meeting with all the other investors).NO REGISTRATION OR ESCROW ACCOUNT YET. ARRA has given them 10 more days to complete the process. For those people who do not believe it please contact MS LATIFA / CONTACT NO-06 7444144. Please before posting any information get your facts right.

Dear Enzo

So glad that you yourself and other investers attended the meeting the other day with LVRE and ARRA. Thanks for the update I am sure all investors in these projects are very grateful for you guys keeping us up to date. Was also just wondering, was there any mention on whats happening regarding LVT 4 and 5?. Are they going to go ahead and construct these two towers?.

ARRA wants to give them maximum time to comply with the regulation and open escrow account. That's why they have given them another date for the meeting on 30/03/09 .They(ARRA) want LVRE to register first then they will deal with diferent issues regarding different investors .So my friend be more patient and I will post an update after this meeting.

You have to go personally and file ur complain that's the way to get a response from ARRA( I visited them personally). Nothing can be done on the phone unfortunately .Try calling them on this number 06- 7444144, hopefully u will get ur answes. Good luck

any how i went before to ARRA one month ago and i fil fourm and the copy all my decoument and recipt then they say you have to wait but from that time no answer back may be still even the are no answer the have for me . any thanks for reply me
