The higher the numbers, the more embarrassment for Ajman developers, ARRA and Ajman Government. They might or might not deliver on their promises, or give us our money back, however they will never again be able to create an illusion of a booming property market and use it to steal money from gullible investors like us.
Imagine If all this people somehow got united and each put maybe 500 dh. in a trust fund to get the best lawyers in uae and take on these developers on at a time...
