UAE PROPERTIES
Having seen and read desperate real estates agents trying so hard to sell there unwanted properties on this forum is so funny so guys keep it. They are actually not helping us out by offering us overpriced properties and getting us to sign on the dotted line so we will be bound financially for atleast 5 MORE years. The time is bad for dubai right now and if an investor does want to carry on investing in UAE then i advise them to dictate to the desperate developers and desperate agents who are trying to stay alive on our money.
Allot of people have left UAE in the past because of the cost of living and now people are running away fast.
I was told by my cousin who went to dubai recently that they are selling 3 beds over there for 260,000aed which i could not believe but he said it was true so any intrested person who reads this forum or knows of these properties get in touch or i shall be in dubai in jan or feb 2010 to try and swap my dream 1 bed into a three bed.

BEEN RESEARCHING
IVE BEEN DOING SOME RESEARCH THIS MORNING FOR THE 260,000AED 3 BEDS IN DUBAI AND IVE FOUND UNITS IN INTERNATIONAL CITY.
THE LAST TIME I HEARD OF THIS PLACE IT WAS BAD NEWS BUT IT IS BUILT.

i actually feel sorry for some of these agents trying to get ppl to swap over from ajman to dubai etc.
they dont appear to be the developers or employees of such real estate companies,
rather appear to be commissioned agents, who are tryin to make some money on side, hence appear so desperately to flood adverts here (FOR FREE), to try and get someone to sign up with them, so that they can make money.
HOWEVER SUCH ADVERTS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED HERE, AS OUR RULES CLEARLY STATE NO ADVERTISING !!!.
WHY ? because this site, is for ajman investors, as a place to come relax, find out what is happening in ajman, their developments, background infromation on markets, developers etc.
not a place to be flooded with unsolicited adverts and marketing by developers, and real estate agents (people can go to the websites of such companies if they want to get barage of marketing rhetoric from them).
those who have been advertising and flooding have recieved email warnings, and their adverts deleted.
if anyone sees any such agents making such adverts, please send message to forum moderators and we will take appropriote action.
Leagal Advisor
Can we have a legal advisor on Emirates City Forum, where investors can send their cases to be studied and get legal advice and cost of petition including court and lawyer's fee in case somebody wish to take the matter to the court.
