now the gvmnt says if your building worth 1m drhms you can get multple entry visa for six mnths
i.e you need to own an airplane to go around !!!!!!!!!! you have to leave even you are sicke or your son has a finale leaving cert exame
sorry also your son if reaches 18yrs must get his own visaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

visa is fital reason for people intrest so our investment can make profit
qz of visa i can rent or sell in good price
if they gave visa , they could have more investors , they like have money of investors but not like have them in uae , i didnt see these laws in any country , they dont know what they want to do realy , i bought apartement for taking visa now they dont give , so i wont pay more money .
ARRA is trying to get the government to change the laws on visa for property owners in Ajman, as many properties are worth less than Dh1m. I am sure something will be resolved in due course as ARRA has stepped in.
Mr. Paul as he says in UK, assure that ARRA will do something for visa. But me as a person spend 20 years in uae and know that whereabouts more believes that no Ajman investor will get visa. That was a perfect cheating ...anyway the visa is not important now as we have not get the promissed property itself so the priority goes to that.

Yes, that's sure the new completion date declared by R holding/Sweethome by DEC 2010 is not guranteed. The construction of Paradaise lake towers b2 to b6 are fully with R holding and B7,B8 & b9 partialy with them. .. So pailing with PailTech, contruction with ConstructionTech, then MEPtech, for bricks and blocks - Bl Block Tech , these are the name boards and vehicles i have seen in EC working for R holding and all of them are their subsideries only. Basically R holding alone will do the work but the completion is not guranteed. BBBBBBBBBBBBig mistake by investing in Ajman. The only option available at present is to make it much BBBBBBBBBBBBBBiger mistake by swapping the Ajman Investment with Al masah international(shifting to Dubai) who have not handover any projects in Dubai.
