I have managed to meet a developer with an Escrow account who was wiling to take me into their tower minus the money i have already paid to my original developer who has run away.....The company who have been good enough to take me in is Emerald Holdings, an Irish Developer and now at least i have something to show for my hard earned cash...Thanks Guys. :D

yes they are scammers
i talked to them and they are completely scammers they want us to take to marmooka city and want us to give our apartment of EC to them and buy apartment at marmooka city.. i wonder how can they think at this low? they are trying to scam us and we are just seeing them to do it
