Have you received anything from them regarding defaulting for stopping payments. ? I spoke to them and they insisted as per the contract with sweethome this would be default
they bombard me with E.mails requesting payments, I told them no even one dirham, but again my situation is different, I didnt issue any cheques to them

As I know Sweethomes established escrow account, ask them to
replace the contract with a new contract links payments with construction progress and tell them that ARRA soon will issue a regulation forced develepors to link payments with construction progress. Be tough with them and get thier responce and inform us.
