Tawakal Tower latest update

Hello my friends,
I took 3 bedroom from tawakal tower in emirates city back 2007, so far I paid around 40 percent but there is no construction going, but still want money, and no screw account, I was there last year july and get shock when seing the place there is nothing.........

I stop paying them last year, and I will hold my money untill I see some improvment

if there is some one out there who is in my possiotin lets hear you

this page is only for Tawakal Investers who wana share there thougts

if we unite as investers we can do alot

I am in the same boat as you. I paid 40% and stopped the payments. I tried calling them but had no luck so far. Do you know of any latest news?

Hello my friends;
when I last called their office in dubai (Tawakal towers) and asked about the registration with the ARRA and Scrow Account it was news to them, and I don't think they have done any of them . They just want to collect money without any construction going on, no Scrow acc. no registration. I think these guys are playing smart and I heard that they using our money for some other purposses like Tawakal xawaala investment etc. Any body knows who their developer is?.

my friend let me tell u one thing dont pay them any penny with out screw account, couse we are not that fool , we know there is no construction going at all I was there last year, amazingly they bought another 2 flats in ajmaan city kaah and Qamar. what I know is that :( they used our money to buy those buildings, all my freinds out there contact me if u have further information, I have some good news for u we will get our money back or construction will start soon.

May God help us they have taken our money and they wont return, and collecting as much they can with the support of many who ever is in this scam - thay are day robbers and we are robbed. i have paid 40% and const nil only promise& good words from these fraud sitting in the office and robbing in the name of law & government.
