Tameerat
For one week ago i send email to Tameerat diveloper. Asking way we investers get any informetion obaut the projekt? Before that i hade called them and thy said they will sent letter to all investers to inform abaut leatest nwes in projekt.
today i get raply i email. Thy say thre are in final to sign whith contarctor to start the constraction and soon they will send official letters to all investers in Al-hambera . I say for my self we will se. Ple. write if any body have some newes about Al-hambera and Tameerat.

Tameerat
I am also an investor with the Tameerat for Al Hambra 2.I have been trying to get some sort of news from them with no avail.Their web site shows the construction pictures dated about 2 years ago.The Chairman put a message on their website, that too is as old as like I said" as old as pyramids"
I have lost all faith with Tameerat.I do not believe what they say.To me they seem like crooks full of promises.A notable company must have a time table,a date and time when thay decide to construct.This one is deciding since 2008.What kind of company is this.They have no planning.It like a day to day chore.They are liars,cheats, and I will only believe them when I get the apartment key in my hand.Till then let's wait and keep hoping for best.
By the way I have not receive any news from Tamneerat, the rat!!!!!!!!!
Al Hambra 2`
I am in the same boat I think we all share our details and just turn up to their offices and demand answers immediately, any company with integrity and in particular a so called Muslim owned and operated company will abide by their moral obligations by informing and professional advising or updating all their investors at all times and atleast updating their website...They did not hesitate to pursue payments rapidly whilst at the same time they made no effort to pursue with atleast 30% of the construction.
This is part of the chairmans message

Mr Chairman we know that under the Islamic commercial Shariah the consumer (investor) and the developer are both subject to the risk of loss...What the investors are smelling at the moment is that the loss is leaning to the innocent overseas investor who has placed trust in your company to deliver a product regardless of the market conditions and the conditions of the market will understandably be absorbed by the investor. However you can atleast take measures to insure the investors that their investment is safe and will be delivered.

Unfortunately for the reputation of Ajman & all that it promises to stand for - it is very obvious that major property developers like Tameerat are above the law & can get away with blatantly lying & cheating its property investors & end-users. Tameerat promised delivery of its apartments last year & are yet to make good! I am the unfortunate owner of a 1 and bed apartment Al Hambara)& despite numerous letters & phone calls , over the past two months, I have not yet had the courtesy of a return phone call or a reponse to my query. Surely if the Boss(es) in these organisations to not have the courtesy to reply how can you expect a decent response from their junior staff. Perhaps 7Days can attempt to get a response for us! :
