Dear all,

After several visits to SyndicateCorp, I have personally met Kamil Khan 3 times now. He has given me no suitable solution what so ever. We really need to investigate Legal Option/RERA/Dubai International Arbitration Centre.

I have created this forum for us to discuss options and organise our next meeting. Please post your feedback, suggestions here.

Project Removed from RERA website????

Dear all,

I just came to know that project Magnolia is not showing anymore on
the RERA website. All other Syndicate projects are still there. But
not Magnolia.

I am a little worried now. Why would this happen?? Can anyone help plzz?

last contact i had was 8 month ago, informing me that there's 1 year delay.
we have to meet to discuss about it. let's organize it via e mail.

the project is still on the website though but last audited in sept 2009.

have you spoken with any other magnolia " neighbours"?
