Sweethomes sent me an Escrow account against tower B6, however they did not say anything about returning of post dated cheques and escrow payment plan.

How to understand about the ARRA payment plan and getting back the PDC’s.

Please advise if any one had a same kind of experience.

i contacted sweethomes

i contacted sweethomes last week and asked them about pdc they told me it will be the same plan and they will deposit them in escrow account themselves ! i dont agree about this but what can we do to stop it , is it legally to cancel them and start depositing money directly to the escrow account ?

OLD PDC

Old cheques are addressed to sweet homes account, meaning the money will go to the personal account of sweet homes.Get all the old post dated cheques and replace them with new ones with all the details of the escrow account of your tower.

what if sweethomes

what if sweethomes refused to cancel pdc and insist to get the money to their account ? how we can cancel them from one side ?

Post Dated Cheques

My Friend,

My Friend,
i have visited Sweet Homes , they had inform me that all the cheques which i had submitted towards all my installments, they would collect from the bank in order the accounts department would enter each cheques the End Unit Escrow Account No. of the concerned apartment and redeposit the same.

This will go on as per the payment plan. In case we have a problem to pay we should inform Sweet Homes 1 month earlier so that they can hold the cheque, provided the client ready to issue another new cheque in place of the old one.

Sweet Homes cannot put no hold the cheque without prior request from the customers but would redeposit the same after the End Unit Escrow Account No. is mentioned at the back of the cheque.
thank you
