swapping with Al masah projects in dubai will not be benificial for emirates city paradaise lake towers. Al Masah international has not yet handover any projects in dubai till date to its customers. Al masah's development speed is same like R holding and you have to wait minimum 3 to 4 years (if it happen) with them. by this time the chances are more the PLT towers to complete.
