We fulfilled our contractual obligations by completed the first part from the payment plan which is before the completion date and you did not fulfill your contractual obligations by handing over the unit on the promissed date (Dec. 08), the second part of the payment plan which is after the completion date shall be on hold to be after the completion date as per the following facts:
•Clause No 10 from the contract agreement (The completion date is 1 Dec. 08)
•The payment plan which is clearly indicated that the completion date on 1 Dec. 08.
•The advertising broachers by M/s Sweet homes (Your exclusive marketing and sales consultant and the witness on the contract agreement) which is clearly shown that 50% of the payments shall be after the completion,.
•Decree # 8, item 2.2 (Developers obligations) form Ajman property laws (Land Department)
(The construction of the towers starts on Dec. 06 and only few stories had been constructed till today)

My Friend and I will be present on Tuesday at 9:30am. We have invested in Majestic Tower C02. The construction is progressing up to level 15. We we are worried of the infrastructure. Till now the developer is not giving us any clear answer. We visited R Holdings office 2 months back and they promised that electricity will be present this year end. I personally think it is not possible. What about the district cooling system? It will take minimum 2 years for that only to be finished. So we have to make sure that the builders give us a flat which is suitable for occupancy. So we have to demand the R holding or the developer to give us a clear written answer in this matter.

ajman govt should immediately freeze all construction for 3 yrs and only focus on EC which has started. When things will be delivered here with infrastructure the start with other places. Till then economies will also recover and investor confidence will grow when promises made start to deliver. Ajman govt has to play a part or else all real estate industry in ajman will finish.

Dear All,
As you have received one fake email in your email accounts regarding our company the Lake View Real Estate. Like you all, we are also shocked by this email which is fully unrealistic and there is nothing truth in that. Our company is fully functional and our office opens on its schedule time i.e. 8.30 AM to 5 PM from Sunday to Thursday.
We would like to clear all the facts and figures mentioned in this fraud email. First of all for your kind information we already approached police officials for filing a case against this email as we supposed to file that case on Thursday itself, our attorney informed by the police that these types of cases are coming under the cyber crime. So that, we have to approach cyber crime cell on Sunday.
This type of fraudulent mail and information is just a conspiracy against our company to defame and making unwanted pressure in this crucial time of economic crisis.
We do not know any individual by the name of Mazher Ali Chawla and Muneer(Al Wafaa Group) and we are not doing any business with these names.
On the construction point of view we would like to inform you that our works is resuming on Lake View Tower’s within 15 days as we have been already finalized and signed a contracting company for the further construction. By next week we are submitting the necessary documents into the Ajman Municipality for building permits and starting the mobilization by the contracting company on the sites.
The construction of the towers are delayed but not cancelled or vice versa. We still do have a financial capacity to continue our construction to fulfill the dream of our clients as we are not a new company but we are exists in this market proudly from last 7 years.
As you all are curious about the registration of our company with ARRA, we would like to inform you that we have been submitted our required documentation including our accounts of amount received from the client’s against payments (with all and full details supported with our companies bank statements, certified audited reports, bills and invoices to ARRA). Yes, there were some documents required by ARRA regarding our towers which was not ready by that time but we submitted our undertakings that we will fulfill all of these requirements in a very short time. We did our best to get registered with ARRA and could not get it yet, it does not mean that all delay causes from our side but there can be other reasons behind it. And if we were not serious in this matter we could not submit our document on 12th Feb. 2009 as the organization (ARRA) is new and rules and regulation are very new to us. But still we are very keen and prominent to get registered with ARRA to be a certified developer in Ajman. We have submitted altogether 11 box files and more than 800 pages all related to the registration requirements of ARRA more than three times during these past months. So we believe that after the submission we will get the full cooperation and support from ARRA to get us registered soon.
On the other hand we are ready as well to pay the fee for our company registration and for our projects registration individually in the coming working days in ARRA (As per ARRA’s requirement).
We would like to inform our precious clients that the time of getting out from the market and from the country has been passed. None of the genuine developers can runaway in this time.
You all know that the recession in world started in July 2008 and its effects realized in Oct 2008.company that has spend and survived all of these 10 months with its expenditure and commitments can not leave its entire client like this and can’t run away. Where we know that money which invested with us it’s might be there savings of life time. We know our clients have seen a dream to get there own Sweet Home in this country.
We are working day and night for making your dreams come true.
As a company we do understand that you all invested your hard earned money with us and we are working from our deepest efforts to fulfill our commitments and giving you its fruitful results.
By any reason if ARRA has been delayed our registration process in their organization it does not means that we did not applied for it but the company who has applied and do not get its registration can work on the site.
Our projects are delayed but not got cancelled. Yes, it is true that we were working on the restructuring and rescheduling of the work in this time. I.e. how to resume and when to resume. Nevertheless you all can see our physical movements on our sites very soon and we do expect your kind support and blessings on that as usual

I am not sure if Cyber Crime is the right words to use, but it sure is a chargeable offense. There have been cases in the US where people posted slanderous statements that were untrue and damaging to ones reputation and they were sued for it. That was in the US and this is the Middle East. If the original post was made up, I sure wouldn't want to be the person who posted it!!!
Do they really think that (if it was made up) there aren't high level officials linked to Lakeview Real Estate??? Did anyone see the article last week about the Australian man who gave a local official the middle finger while driving in Dubai? He was jailed for 28 days and deported. That was for giving the finger to someone, what do you think the penalty would be for intentionally trying to destroy the reputation of a national company with lies and deceit??? Sure hope that guy isn't in the UAE and doesn't ever plan on visiting!

i have been reading your comments on lake tower for some time now and want to add that R Holding the master developer arent doing any good either. their office tower the Eye tower has not started contruction since launch almost 20 months ago. all there is on site is a sign board saying al ain tower which i gather is absolutely rubbish even if they cant get the name of their own tower right. (ain in arabic is eye).
R holding being the master developer cant fix issues to get construction started then these small time developers are a far cry......

i think we all have to dhl to our developers and a copy to arra with many reminders and then either the developer reply and most likely not reply then we can file a case in the court. Court in emirates do a fair deal. Wat we can do is only ask the developer of the promise they have made and not blame them in the letter. Several reminders with apts details will be our material in court. We will only press for our apartment that is promised to us for which we have paid our hard earned money. Arra may not reply but we will have our DHL slips that we have several; times asked for our apartment progress. In the court we ask for our timely apartment wityh infrastructure or refund our money with interest as many have not started construction.

the developers are getting free ride, they will not answer to no one right now. Only the legal system can and should change the current reality in Ajman.
All developers should be banned form doing business by the Government (which needless to say, doing little to nothing). Then the ones who qualify should continue. I should say, all developers money and assets including their children clothing should be seased and put under the govornment control, until they are proven innocent.
