I would like to buy an appartment in Lakeview Tower # 1 (C17) from Lakeview R.E.

Could anybody please tell me in details about this Developer (ie.. Howlong they are in the UAE market, How is their strength, Project Handover, etc...).

In summerise, How far is it safe for my investment, if anything goes wrong in between?

Pls advise.
