Strange!!!

There is a darkening of what's happening in ajman especially in the media. They know that if the ajman scheme is widespread in the media, it will ruin their reputation which is already ruined.

There is no transperancy in the market in uae which caused all people to send their money back to their countries. Sorry but why we should wait for ajman to come to a solution for their power shortage, Why this issue was not discussed with investors before giving permissions to developers to construct.

Now the ARRA, sorry too late, why i should accept a delay of 3 years or God knows how many years. Off plan market is finished and it will not come back simply cause people are not ready to give their money to untrustful people on the hope to build something in the desert.

I simply think ARRA should give people their money, let investors who want to stay stay, and who want to leave leave, this is the honorable thing to do.

hi! I would like to stay with my investments with a discount of 30% of op due to construction delay. EC looks nice as for 2014 but not ready for 2011. Lets be realistic by 2012 dxb would be better off and a studio in int city may be at 800 aed then EC would be affordable at 480 aed-550 aed. Being the project of ajman govt they will also not let it down and immediately after signs of recovery worldwide here too will be good recovery Smiling

in business terms if i get a good bargain and have my apts for longterm i feel not that bad. Escrow reciepts of payments, price bargained due to delays this seems the best in such situation. There will be ajman int airport, E611 hiway, electricity and utilities all by 2014 safely:) all people on this forum i am not on developers side but thinking wat is realistic.
