Stargiga "in process" to open escrow a/c for GCD 2

Hi ,
I sent an email to ARRA asking if Stargiga had opened an escrow a/c for GCD2? I received the following reply (email) from them:

They are in process to open the escrow account when they will open the escrow account they will give you the number .. regarding your future payment should be by the escrow account only .

Thank u for this info. Even I checked since my developer has not registered, ARRA adviced me to stop the payment.
