STAR GIGA has openend escrow account for Gold crest dreams 2 !!!!!
Hi
I have recieved below emial from Start Gigga today informing that they have opened escrow account for GCD 2 and all future payments have to be made at this account number. So what this means now !!!!!. Is it another trick to squeeze more money out of poor investors ???

Most projects have Escrow accounts but do not mean anything,just another con,Brouks have had one for more than a year,but still not built anything.just forget about your money it gone.

I totally agree with you, do not pat even a sigle cent, Escrow account does not mean or give any protection to the investors. The money is still with the crooks (ARRA & Developers) and they can withdraw it simply by changing /bending their own rules and withdraw th money from the bank. I also have doubt about the Ajman's bank as well as they are owned by the same crooks.

Yes we should try our best to get our money refunded back.
They were demanding 19,000AED in July and now without doing any construction they are asking for 50,000 AED now.
Nobody should pay even a single penny.
I know one more Uk based client, so we are 3 now.
