Star Giga - Goldcrest Dreams - ARRA Escrow

Hi All,

I have emailed ARRA about whether Star Giga has registered with ARRA for C6-C9 Goldcrest Dreams and have they opened an escrow account and they have advised me below:

They get the approvel from ARRA to open the escrow account but till this day they didn’t get the escrow account.

Hi

I recently visited ETA StarGiga in Deira, Dubai on 20th Oct 09. I was told that the paperwork for GCD1 had been confirmed which meant that construction had restarted and an escrow account was due to open shortly. However GCD2 was still in the processing stage and they should receive confirmation by the end of this year but couldn't guarantee.
Is your apartment in Goldcrest Dreams 1 or 2 and which tower?
