The Solution.

R Holdings / Ajman Gov sold property in an uncontrolled way, and has gone about building the properties in an unstructured manner. What everyone has to realise is that you are buying an off plan apartment. Whether or not you feel misled about the completion dates, there was no way so many buildings could be built at the same time and delivered all around the same period.
Some people's reaction is to panic and cry out they want a refund like they're buying a pair of shoes! Read your contract, delays are written in. The only choices you have is 1) Sell your property. 2) Walk away. 3) Be patient and wait for the handover date.
I think there are many genuine buyers here who did their research, but some acted like they were in a casino and gambling for quick money. They have now been caught out and don't have the money to pay the full price.

Mr. reality man I agreee

Mr. reality man I agreee with you very much, and all of yor words are correct you are are tru investor. thanks

I think that is a true

I think that is a true analysis of the people who are panicking the most.

REALITY

I am 100 % agree with you guys... Even we do not have any other option to do. Everything is written very clear in our contracts.
So be happy and waiting for the handover date. Nowadays i am trying to collect money for paying my coming Installments.

aGREED A DELAY IS ALLOWED

aGREED A DELAY IS ALLOWED FOR BUT A DELAY OF 2 YEARS ON A 2 YEAR PROJECT
WOW
THATS LIKE TAKING MONEY FOR NOT DELIVERING ANY THING
AND THEN AT THE EARLIER PROMISED COMPLETION DATE WHEN THEY HAVE GOOFED UP
the builders have temerity to ask for that payment of Handover split into anothr 24 installments when they promiss they will deliver the property.

Now do u think they will deliver ??
Will they deliver in 24 months or 48 months ??
and now they smarten up a bit and ask for construction related payments and
escrow accounts etc ???

agreed this is a not a mature market so both struggle the developer and the buyer

so lets enjoy it :)
