I want to know the latest development in Ain Ajman- Smart Tower Project. Does the Gold crest Properties has opened Escrow Account.
Can any body advice me.

Eye of Ajman

Not much activities seen after levelling of the area, but recently I saw the big sign board facing to the emirates road has been erected, justifying the project is still alive.

However next to it, Humaid city sign borad damaged and fall down since last 4 months and no one really making in shape.

goldcrest smart towers in Ain, Ajman, I have a friend who has been offered an alternative unit from Ajman to Dubai. Clever decision by the developers.is there any construction taken place in Ain Ajman. heard the master developer Bonyan is into problems.
