Site report wanted

Is anyone planning to visit Emirates City in the near future? Is work still continuing in Lavender and Lilies? What about Orbit and Majestic towers? Has all work stopped at Paradise Lakes and Rainbow Towers? What happened to the promises of delivery by mid-2012 of Ajman Uptown villas?

We desperately need some spot report before we can plan the next course of action. The latest photographs on the website of Sweet Homes Real Estate shows absolutely no progress either at Paradise Lakes or Ajman Uptown. Does that mean what little work was going on in one or two towers has also come to a stop? Is Ajman Uptown a dead project too?

today i was there ( didn't enter only from outside ) b3 : start work again , b5 & b6 : real work is going there , b9 b7 & ( not sure ) b8 : few labours are working .

The trick sweet homes was playing posting same old pictures with new dates but they were caught in their lies .They are LIARS AND CHEATS.They wanted more money out of investors.Ajman uptown was always a failed project. EC Fraud

I agree with unite investors, mostly the developers like sweet homes, Star GIGA, AA Property have got hudge amount of investors money and the rulers of ajman have also benifited by selling the land to them.
Since there is no bankrupcy option, the developers should fullfill their committment as per contract, i.e. Handover the Apartments which are already long due (OR) refund the investors their money with markup.
Considering Ajman and the costly lenthy legal process as well as implementation of the ruling, I do not think that Justice will be done to the investors!

Only 2 laborers working on each of B6 and B5. It might take a decade to complete them

Drirfanorth says only two labourers working on each of B6 and B5. Can someone, when you get an opportunity, check out the situation in depth? Sweet Homes had been asking customers to swaps to these towers with promises of delivery in 2012 and 2013. If work even on these so-called progressive towers is ongoing at a snail's pace in 2013, then we might as well declare Paradise Lakes an abandoned project and seek legal means to recover our money.

i don't know what date or time ( Drirfanorth ) visited the site , but anyway i've been there at january 21 , and i saw many laborers working , and as i said before i didn't enter , so you don't expect all the laborers to be working out !!
that's not mean every thing is ok , i just tell what i see ...

B7 and another tower

Agents are offerring to sell 1 bed apartments in B7 and another tower for AED 170 per sqft. They have about 27 flats to sell at AED 170 per sqft. So C3 flat can be purchased for AED 150,000 total price. This seems like a good investment? Does anyone know when the tower will be finished...agent says 2014, but can it be believed? The price is right but if never handed over its a bad investment? A C3 1 bed could be rented out for about AED 25,000 per year which is 16% return per year for AED 150,000 investment...not bad if it ever gets finished (that is the main risk which explains why they are going cheap I guess). Any comments?

Another scam?

Two realters have listings on dubizzle ajman, One is selling at 361 the other one at 170. The 170 is unrealistic and that is why I think it is confused.
