hi friends.
i have stoped paying since 1 years ago and i'm very glad now that i have done this and i wonder how some people are sending money to the copanies and constructors which do not exist in reality.
i really really wonder why the adminstrators of this site sensor and omit the messages and topics which are about this bunch of sharlatans of the adminstrators and government of ajman dubai and emirates?

Dear farid336,
I didn't remove the topics since some months ago.
But perhaps you have used bad words in the topics that our moderators prefer to remove them.
I think we should react carefully. Stopping of payment is not a good solution. This type of reaction can hit to investors more.

reference to Farid and Administrator advice.

In my contract it says that upon cancellation of contract the investor will lose 30 %.I am afraid to say that the developer is not adhering to this clause.I am willing to lose 30 %.This developer is a cheater,a liar., and a crook.I am free to stop my agreement.They are the one that are not complying to the contract.
You see because we are not in UAE they are doing this to us.Secondly they know that it cost a lot of money to sue them and we are not prepared to lose more money in legal battle.Thirdly the Ajman government are in their side as well as ARRA.They have got our money and they are holding us ransom.I have asked for refund and the company is playing a deaf ear.They have not got the decency even to reply my demand.This is very UNCIVILISED.
It has come to a point where I am thinking I have lost that money.It is a shame really when you think UAE is supposed to be a muslim country and we are treated "unislamicly". I must say UK is a Christian country but we have lots of Islamic qualities and Islamic way of life.If you are not happy with any dealings,buying or selling, you money is GUARENTEED to be refunded or RETURN. In my case I am treated otherwise with my investment in Emirates City Ajman.
