Got some invitation for the inauguration of "Emirates city" grand Opening, i ve heard they re planning on building the rest of emirates city in less than 3 month... I believe them so much with the work they ve done until now....i mean...they ve been amazing!! For the invitation, they re selling it for an amount of 29000 dhs...they ve told me they re using the money to give to the children in need, because they have so much money already..... The only concern for them..is :
Costa Coffee or Starbuck in the new mall at emirates city?
See you at the inauguration in December...Not the 31st...but the 1st....they ve brought it forward!

i went to dubai marina dont remember seeing a mall, i did see area where shops then marina area
i suppose you are right, still would be nice if the front of towers between rows d /c or along canals have shopping walkway like in JBR, which is wonderful..
is there anything on masterplans to suggest something like that ??? for shops and cafe's infront of towers etc ?
Its not a matter about this mall, but its just a hole made by R-Holding to make fun around the inverstors. They did not do anything on infrastructure building, road , electricity and water so to confuse inverstors they started the work and absolutely no progress for last 18 months and a frequent visitor to the site. usualy i dont take photo just because i have a feeling that the master developer, developer and contrators all are not sincere and i dont have anything good to say about them.

imre i visited emirates city about 3 weeks ago. maybe its me but it looks small for marl.
how many shops you think they will have in marl with land this size.
remember they will have to have parking too

that plot similar than the Dubai Marina Mall , there will be around 200-250 towers , EC will have around 90 so why need bigger shopping mall?
