sharing information with investors of BSEL tower

i am visiting abroad but because i was travelling in emirates airways flight, i saw intresting advt. in Gulfnews provided by the crew:
this advt. was published by BSEL and it was clearly mentioned that they are looking for buyers for their D row tower where they have completed piling and four slabs.
this can be seen in gulf news 13th jan. issue.
it clearly shows that they dont have intention to complete the project they are looking some ways to exit. i can scan this advt. for those who want to confirm it.

i dont have any bad intention , just sharing an information for knowledge of investors of BSEL and in my humble opinion they should really stop their payments even if BSEL slap any penalty for it... and they should contact Ajman government also and ask them to stop BSEL from selling this tower until they return investor's money back.

see it in today's gulfnews too

i just got call from a friend who is in Dubai that this advt. is repeated in today's gulf news again. anybody can see it in todays ( 15th jan. ) gulf news paper page 53
thanks

Shocking news

Its true even I had read the advertise on 13th. Its really shocking news, I do believe that there must be something between Ajman govt. promises made to the private developer to attrect insvestment, and now may be govt. is not backing the promises such as -

1. Electricity & water
2. Investor visa issue
3. Or something else?

I request the investor call and find out the truth.

They want to sell rest of the plot, but where they have build 4 florrs want to joint vanture with other developer.

Salaam dwarish

Salaam....I know you maybe busy...but I am sure that no one but you can find the truth about this issue....I hope that God will help you to find more information regarding the current state of the whole city and infrastructure....I remember you had valuable information once and you shared that with all of us.....

fight is too long

yes it shows we have a long way to go
1. we have to keep checks on developers ( very difficult because in contract we dont have any rights ) but we can inform master developer and government about developer's intentions so they can keep check on them
2. we have to represent to government to reveal their plans about infrastructures ( visa is gone allready but what about electricity and water? its not a day's work, government have to work on it alongwith construction of building otherwise no use of even building completion, how we will stay there without electricity and power
i heard there are several buildings in fujairah without electricity and water.
3. if we get information of email etc. of government departments related to emirates city we can send emails to them otherwise they wont bother about it because they have collected their money of land allready.

thanks
