Does any one have any photos of plot B22 since January 2009, pls email to me maimuna2@hotmail.co.uk and I would like to hear from other investors. Has any one got a contract? Has anyone changed their payment plan accordingly to construcion?

Is there any udpate on the Shami Twin Tower? The project has apparently also been stopped.

Emirates City - A dead city

Emirates City in Ajman is a dead city, no infrastructure, no plan in place, leftover building structures, sand and rubbish. Occasionally you find few workers with a very slow pace here and there - could be because the developer wants to show this to investors to grab more payments/or get funds released from escrow accounts.

There is nothing been seen which suggests Emirates City will be built, As I assume it might never be built and also the investors might not get their money refunded.

I see this as the biggest fraud in which poor inestors have lost their life savings, pensions money and even some investors have taj\ken bank loans and made payments, all of this happening right in front of the international world - where also the state/ruler of ajman is also one of cheaters namely RHolding.

Emiratescity

What I see in 3 or 4 years is maybe 10 towers completed, run by generators.... No mall, no hotel no lakes no paved roads.... This is not a package I invested in...

This project being built at a cost of AED 15 billion. It is located just at a 20 minute drive from Dubai International Airport. It's planning can not change any one except its owner who make investment in it. Till this time I have no new snaps of this project but I have a site relevant to this project http://www.bayut.com. May be you will find latest updates through this site because this site has a lot of detail about UAE property.
