Brouks is moving to a new office. The project has stopped as the investors are not paying. Brouks is planning to move the committed investors to Lavender Tower (Sheikh's Rashid's). This is the latest information i got when i spoke to Brouks representative. What do you guys think about Lavender Tower? I dont want to commit on any offshelf project anymore.
They have not even advised investors of this move I go out often to Dubai and have met many times with these people we need to get our funds back and set up an investors group asap

There isn't any project worth switching to at this time in Ajman, even a ready one, unless you want to live in it, of course.
Imagine you have a ready flat in Ajman, you have to pay maintenance charges every year and you don't have a tenant, or you have a tenant and the rental income barely covers your maintenance fees. It is worth nothing. Maybe in a few years, it will be.
Yes Mr. Mera basera, you can have the luxury of live including sun bath in the desert of Emirates City, the best part would be having an Airconditioner without power supply, so you be able to enjoy the luxury of desert heat quite close to or above 50 degree C almost half the year for free without paying a cent except the investment which you might have lost and passed on as charity to the rulers of ajman.

Does anybody have an update on Brouke's Shami Twin Towers in Emirates City, Ajman? If anybody is forming a credible group to take on Broukes on a legal platform, pls count me in.
