Anybody heard from Broukes,tried calling them but no reply,before they said they are ARRA registeredand were waiting for their ESCROW account.Anybody got any answers or pics.

Finally spoke to them yesterday,they are now ARRA registered & have an Escrow account,they sent me copies today.They have now changed builders,just waiting for the paperwork from the Municipality.They hope to restart work this week.
I talked to Mr Khurram the owner of Shami Twin Tower, he is a very hard working person and he is very confidant that he will start the development in Ramadan.
If he starts the development and shows us progress on ground then we should make progress payments so that he could complete and finish the project.

I have heard nothing from Brooks. Same old story... they are changing contractors ..blah blah blah. I am becoming tired of their excuses now.

Make progress payments

we are trying to change the contractor (builder) and we need municipality approvael !!!!! nothing new.
For me I don't care to whom should I pay to ARRA or to Broukes- I care only about construction on land
which is evaluated by ARRA as 5% only of the whole project...!!!!! (ARRA Told me that its 5 % only)
so every week they are saying we will start next week....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
