S H ...Contract Details
Hi ,In the contract of S H , it is mentioned that if there will be a one year delay of handing over the flat ,we have the right to ask for a refund plus 6% . We will be like that very soon and we didnt have even a single cheque rejected , I use to pay regularly .
I wounder what kind of legal action we can do and where? Did anyone has this experience before ?

What are you talking about?!!!
Do I understand you right? You are paying untill now REGULARLY because you think you will get a refund plus 6% ??
Are you crazy?
You will get nothing no matter what kind of contract you have.
PLEASE READ and UNDERSTAND. Everything is over and no developer will pay you anything, and even if you go to court, you will have to pay more than what you are asking for in court and lawyers fees. And it will take years to reach ant court decision.
My advice is STOP PAYMENT to save the rest of your money.

I have another Developer and in contract is the same as mentioned if delays i ll get full refund and some interest, but remember one thing if you are paying money to these crooks, you ll not get get even single penny, Arra and Ajman govt only favors to Developers there is nothing goes in investor favor.
As you see on Dev requests Arra has removed Progress bar from their site so they can harass investors by phone calls that work is in progress.
Please DON'T Pay, if you are willing to pay just visit emirates city you will be knowing the reason only.
Most of the developers either run away or the Project is on hold if they have a project in dubai.
