rose tower website redirected to other site!!!

i see these days rose tower website doesn`t work and i Think....
If someone have any photoes of construction pls post it to gallery.long time we dont see a photo of that.

Rose tower - D03

Dear hamid,

As on today your tower struggling at ground floor only, the work we estimated to be completed by March, but I am not sure Rose tower will see its first ever slab even in June-2009.

So minimum 3 years after 1st slab, since the contractor is same of D01 & D02, where the first slab were casted one year back and today even we are not sure that these tower completing in Mid 2011 or not.

So your wait is very long from here. (Sorry but its only truth)

Rose Tower D03 and other D row towers

Hi Hamid ,

I went to Emirate City for a very short visit today . Rose Tower is above the ground now toward 1 slab. D01 at 7th residential floor completed. D02 at 4th residential floor completed. D04 work going on for 6th Parking. Work was going on D row. In C row - except gold creast i could see work in all towers.

Sorry no pics as i was in hurry.

Also the website you mention is not the official rose tower website as i believe . But when i check it is working.

Hi Hamid,

Are you paying the installment for rose tower? Please let me know. What are your plans. I want to decide how to counter the delays. Work is going on rose tower.. better than before... but delay is delay whatever so.

Hi Dear deepineyez

Sorry for long time delay.I stopped paying installment last december. I went there to office,they said
we can not cancel it because there is not money to give you!!! ( I need money and like to cancel it,but they didnot accept)
On the other hand luckily Since 1th day I had not given many check to them so after my last check( on december) I stopped to pay.
others who gave all instalment by check and their check is with real state investment are faced with problem and they must go there and fill obligation form to prevent clearing their checks.
Finally I decided not to pay to them till the time they accept my cancellation request and give me my money OR rose tower rose to at least 30 floor ,THen I continue to pay.They cant force me to pay more!! ;)

Hi,

I got the same kind of statement last time when I went to their office and asked for a cancellation. Beside, they asked me when I had done my last payment, and when I told that I stopped paying since last November, they were saying my contract could be canceled due to that.

The problem is they don't have any intention to pay back the 70% money paid, although it is stipulated in the contract...

Any news on the work there in Rose Tower?

hi

They cant cancel contract without paying back our money.If they want to force un us to pay we may request to cancel the contract and refund our money.They dont have money to give us and thay cant steal our money .I am sure about it
