Great site for all those who have bought property at Emirates City without visiting Ajman. I am one of them. Appreciate if someone briefs me about Rose Tower like its progress and present rate per sq.ft.
You can visit the Image gallary ( Top ) and select D row, current position till last Friday ( Sept. 7 ) was pilling completed so right now its just land.. now excavation is the next step, sign board is not yet installed, hance not clear about the contractor for Rose tower.
Price are not much appreciated as you can check sell price with www.ajmanproperty.com its base is still AED 400/Sqft.
I will visit site next week and post the latest development.

Regarding Goldcrest 7.. Its just picking up after C6 You can check the pics posted a week back with C plot gallery... the good news is the tower crane is erected between C6 & C7 means both plots will construct at a time... and they are right now ahead than C8 & C9, where after pilling nothing going on.... I Promise you that coming Sat. you will have new progress pics.

Also, as seen on SkyscraperCity, The piling work on Rose was already completed last June. Is it that nothing was done after that? I wonder if the current deadline will be respected (end 2009).
