Rose Tower - Any News?

Hello together,

i bought two flats in rose tower, but i am not living in uae.
Can anybody give me an update about the progress of rose tower.
Are they still working on the constructions?? Is there any new hand over time known?

Does anybody have recent photos of the progress?

I was in Ajman in November, and it seems that there was no progress since then.

Just would love to believe in the honestyof those investing on our behalf - i think the resession and more hit thm but the are going to complete the Rose Tower - i want to trust their ability to be advocates for integrity and they will honor the professional trust we as fellow humans have placed on them... i am trying to add photos from a recent visit to the 'plot' at last Rose Tower, AJMAN is again, underway -. building appears to have recommence, even the first few floors of the state of arch eleator is now visible.... Dose this mean that payment should recommence, lets give it a bit longer.... few more weeks - may give more answeres... because wisdom is required here... my father recently reminded me of the statement someone else mentioned that - 'once bitten, twice shy' and why bother jump off the boat onto another one which may have no bottom and may already be burning. I think they will buld a beautiful state of arch Rose Tower - Rose tower will be built and probably exceed the previous specifications.

No progress

Dear Investors
unfortunately there is not any progress in Rose tower since long time ago.when I left the UAE in July , talked to one agent in real estate investment in ajman.
He said in these months you will not see any developing in tower.He said ,we may trying to offer investors to change their flats with other tower which is in progress!!
But he did not say any time for this offer.
Ofcourse we must wait for 6 or 7 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just I Want the investors who are in the UAE continusely put picture of tower in this site for updating others.
