REQUEST TO AJMAN GOVT.
It is humbly requested to Ajman Competent Authorities/ Govt. to take immediate action against those developers who did not complete ARRA requirements / not registered / No Escrow Account and not following govt. rules / regulations & openly violating UAE law.Also cancel their projects,make them defaulter and order to refund innocent investors hard saving paid money, punish them and put them in jail because they are responsible to create abnormal situation and destroy UAE image in the world.

I dont understand why this people are going free while they have cheated so many people and is keeping our money.

I hate to state the obvious, but dont you think ajman government has a major share of the blame to begin with? on what basis do we call them "competent"?
100% of the emarites city developer did not have licenses to build or be developers when they were selling these towers. Yet, they managed to collect millions and claim to know a thing or two about building towers. All, under the nose of the government.
If you are to want to build a room in any other city, you would need to obtain a permit from the municipality. if you were to build anything commercial as little as a dog house, you would need developers license.
How did ajman government allow wild guys to come out of pakistan, and start claiming that they know something about developing towers, and collect millions. How did ajman government allow anyone off the street just to open shop and claim they can build a tower?
to answer this primitive question, there are no laws in ajman. You believe that? no laws what so ever. Its like the wild wild west.
but ofcourse, with no electricity or law enforcement manpower.

Good luck guys....we have lost all your money and we can never ever get it back......Bad investment decision!!!! we hear the music...cause it was our decision.....Now we fight in courts and waste more time and money (Obviously we wont win and there will be some settlement) or we work hard enough to cover what we have lost? Desicion is all yours........1 Solution - Maybe we continue and try to push the developer for contruction and along it we pay or...........Just forget eveerything and move on... OH 1 more thing or just continue with all these discussions

you know what carlito, if your not affiliated with developers or getting paid by them, I would be really surprised.
all that crap about your worried about our investments and you think we should continue the path and see it through, not a kid in 2nd grade buys it.
let me ask you, why are you so sure that an investor will "lose" if he goes to court?
didnt the investor pay regularly per schedule until the developers either didnt start or started but slacking off and not making any progress?

I think you get slaped around by developers like kamran ghani and you cant do anything about it but come here to say/ express your frusturation!!!! I feel sorry for you.
What I mentioned here eariler is what I see and what I have experienced and many others are expericing it. If you want to take whoever to court then take the person no one is stopping you and if you are sucessful then paste the court orders on this Forum to prove that you are actually a winner, not a cry baby in 2nd grade!!!
If i get paid or if i am affliated with a developer thats none of your concern or business as This forum gives every person to express their views wether he is investor, developers, visitor etc......Think what you want to and express what you have to cause its all waste of time as I dont see you getting any where!!! All I have no problems with any one....Its not only my money but everyones money invested in Ajman...Sharing views with you guys doesnt mean that I want any negativety spread but its that a view or information that i share...

it hurts to call you a developer affiliate? well, go back and review all your messges. you either discourage investors from pursing their rights with developers, or demoralizing them from pursing the courts...etc

hey pal u first sit on being positive for (30 months since mid 2006)of your money and then find out you have been taken for a ride. Then lets see how Positive u remain after that. I have gone through that phase... its just tough looking at the bright side
