Hi all,
I am looking for any indication regarding what the rental demand is like in emirates city or neighbouring areas, town such as Sharjah.
Does any one have an idea of what the demand value would be like and what rates 1 bedroom aprtment are liekely to be rented out at?
Who would be the best target? Commuters or family?
Any comments or perception would be useful.
difficult question and quite vague too
hi, emirates city is not ready yet so no body can tell about rental value
sharjah has good demand of apartments rent can vary 30-35 k aed per year to 60-70k aed per year for 1 bedroom (area wise) what is your purpose of asking? sharjah dont have any free hold area, so even if rental value is good you can not buy anything there..
emirates city is free hold but nothing is ready here and it will take some time.. then only we can understand about rental value.. but whenever its ready must be min. 10-12% of apartment value ( my humble opinion only )

dubai properties
Due to Global recession Real estate in dubai is very badly affected. All around the world real estate investors are frustrated. In my opinion if you have some extra amount for investment then you should buy a property in Dubai as this recession is temporary and I am sure in 2011 these property rates will again rise.
