I have paid 60%, my building has reached the 13th floor. By the end of this year towers c1 to c9 will have reached full height and more progress will have been made on other buildings. This will promote EC and confidence will return. I think if you have paid a big percentage of the cost wait 6 more months. The outlook will be better and you will probably be able to sell rather than take a refund.
There are always buyers in the market. If this refund policy of 50% return is true. Than buyers will want to get this directly from owners than have it returned to the developer!

Is that all that they refund for getting out of the deal. 50% deduction is a lot of loss!!
