I am sending herewith the latest construction progress details of Majestic Towers, Ajman.

-1- Structure - Completed.

-2- Block work - Completed up-to 25 th floor.

-3- Plastering - 17th floor is just completed and 18 th floor started.

-4- Painting - completed up-to 20th floor.

-5- Plumping - 20th floor completed.

can u check the position of c 04 as well and let us know? We have not got any updates on that. And since we are out of UAE we depend on your assistance.

I am also out of UAE but I used to get regular update reports from the developer of Majestic Towers. despite the fact that of the bad situation on the after mass of the global crisis but the developer keep in touch with all investor and they promptly respond to our queries confirming their commitment to hand over the purchased units in all consequences

LATEST PICTURES AND PROSPECTS FOR COMPLETION

I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE DEVELOPER FOR LAST 8/9 MONTHS
THEIIR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WHO USED TO WRITE ME E MAILS REGARDING PROGRESS UPDATES HAVE ALSO LEFT THEM.
CAN SOMEONE LET ME KNOW IF THEY ARE STILL AROUND OR HAVE GONE AWAY LIKE MANY OTHERS...................................................................VERY REGRETATBLE SITUATION BUT MIGHT BE A REALITY.

Mahateer , your post dated 10.01.2010 was very promising? I am a bit surprised that the developer had been in contact with you and was providing you updated status where as most of the devlopers did not even reply or answered their phone calls.
By the status mentioned in you above post as of January'2010, the building should now be completed and possibility handedover, can you please update the rest of the investors on this forum please.

Loosing hope

Now is almost four years since we are seeing pictures of two structes standing and PLASTERING GOING ON .
Anyone can post latest situation.
will there be an end to this ever.
Is an option available for swapping to some other project????
