This looks like a marketing catch. For those who just read the news and get panic and make other people
panic as well, they should be little bit more sensible.

For 299/sqft- one can never get the sea view. Plus the down payment will be some what around 400K to 600K depending
upon the size.

All those people who are selling their properties for as low as 299/sqft, there is no five year or three year plan. It will be
the price of whole appartment or only one year of installments are left. These people have bought the apartment at low
price around 175 or 215/sqft so if they are selling at 299/sqft then it is a very good news for us that they are not selling
it at loss at all.

All I see it a very good marketing strategy to attract buyers towards ajman and all i see it will add value to EC in the future.
