R Holdings
From what's been going on since emirates city was launched is basically a gold rush or
boom or bonanza where there was allot of money to be made probably billions.
Has R Holdings idea worked?
Have they made billions?
R Holdings are reponsible for this mess and should own up or really do somthing about it.
They have been incharge since they had the sparkle in they're eyes.
The so called Developers have been only encouraged by R Holdings crazyness.
They thought they could build the world largest single phased development
but obviously they can't.
R holding are guilty dreaming thieves that have turned there backs and shifted blame
on the cowboy developers who they let take money off people with lies.
Just makes me wonder what the requirements were to be a developer in 2006?
The developer have contracts with r holding too and would love to see what there
comittments and catches were.
We all really do need to start targeting R Holdings and set the media on them because
they are keeping very very quiet.
We need them to speak or be exposed.

I am an Icecream chain owner. Give franchise to local people to sell my Icecream brand. If any shopkeeper does something like emirates city mess I have to cancelling his licensed and start my own shop there to keep upto my reputation . I hope R holdings understands and wakes up before the city is called off by investors .

Statement required
R Holdings need to give a statement about the future of emirate city.
Issues like visas,utillities,compleation/delays and now banktrupt or fraud cases have emerged since the launch in 2006. These issues and overall progress has created major concerns for thousands of investors who now are left clueless.

Finally we all will know what, where how and when things will carry out to be.

Can anyone else who is in contact with sweet homes can PLEASE confirm again if the news that R Holdings will be making a SPEECH about emirates city or if any one else who is reading this post knows if it is true or false.

Like the deadline for registration .I hope the speech is not postponed again and again and this time dec means dec.though I don't understand why they wouldn't tell anything to developers right now if they r incharge of the situation .atleast take responsibility for ur actions

Nothing new will come in Dec, today in market cement reached to its minimum rate approx AED 250/- from AED 350/- per ton, steel and other building material also down by 40% and even they are waiting for Dec its nothing but just making all of us fool.
New game of R Holding is that they are converting all contracts with completion dates of 1st Q 2011, and this time they are involving ARRA as third party so they won't allow you to ask any damage or compensation from them since Dec 2008 as most of their projects dates were end 2008 or mid 2009.
Until and unless 200 + investors will not show their unity irrespective to tower but related to EC at Emirates City any one day and show to them that we are not fool or they can't colourful their evening from our money.
I am reading each and every corner of Gulf news but no news about this Ajman fraud, press / media will also not act until we act....

I have been reading your posts in this forum quite long time and believe you are one amoung few people who visit EC site frequently. Now we all know how the work is progressing in EC, at the most C1 and C2 will be compleated (does not mean ready to live) in DEC-2010.
EC is a big mess created by R-holding and its developers, no one take responsibility, no idea about infrastructure, every body lie, ARRA blame developers and developers blame master developer for not making infrastrure, its going like that ...... but we know every one trying to fool investres.
As you stated how be united regardless of towers but related to EC as whole
how to bring media attention
We need to organise all investers of EC available in UAE and plan it.

Dear Nikee, since they are not listening us and all of us in the fear that our investment is not at all safe with R Holding team, as they are very irresponsible towards their investor.
Since investor is loosing the faith they are stopping their investments / payment or if not yet stopped surly they will stop after 3 years completion and in that case R Holding and team will come up that they don't have money to built now.
They will forget that their experts has already planned in 2006 ( Remember the building material price was minimum 30% higher than today) that 3 years payment from investor must have more than enough to build the project and after handover they may enjoy the next 3 years payments installments from the investor.
But now they haven't built and its looks that they will collect money and one day simply come out that they can't built the project and if we want we can go the court, they don't fear from court as no one put them behind the bar in this country.
So we have only hope from the media where every day or regular reports about the non-performance of R Holding and their developers and it may threat to them for future of Ajman.
Until and unless investor will not lead and united show the strength print media also not interested they also need the news.
Kind united irrespective to any tower but as a Emirates City and one day at list protest in front of R Holding office / Emirates City with media.

Dear Dwarish, I agree with 100% we have to do it, but it should be well organised and well controled. There should be nothing which is against law, let us make such a protest and bring the media attention to this scam. whoever possible can we meet in dubai and discuss about it ?
