things are looking better now with further news of dubai expanding emirates road. i guess with 7 lanes on each side from shj dubai border to arabian ranches will speed the flow oftraffic from emirates city. the construction work at paradise lakes also has picked up.

i guess with dubai property prices remaining strong, ajman realestate market will also remain buoyont. One thing looks likely is that investment in emirates city in a 'good developer project' will be safe and will give steady returns.

friends must be aware that era of interest free finance is also nearing to an end in ajman. BSEL has made arrangement with bank of baroda to provide 70% finance in two of their towers in emriates city. i guess this is good news for all investors who have already got advantage of interest free finance.

RHolding's Emirate City

Hi New investor,
thank you, I agree with you, given time, the future looks rosy as emirate city is very close to dubai(25mintute to dubai airport) and already with big projects near by(Green City, Al Ameera village, hamadiya park etc) and I am sure there will be others in future. At the moment we are not happy with this RHolding idea of single phase complession and RHolding not starting early the infrastructure or developers slow progress, but I think given time there will good progress reporting and happy ending and remember RHolding contracts (Mid 2009 complesion date although some contracts they put end2009).

EYE Tower

Nothing at site, no activity and no manpower..... One more failer of R Holding as a developer after Lilies & lavender which they are building since last two years and reaching to 6 & 9 floor respectively.

Well big qoution mark about their capability as MASTER DEVELOPER......??????????
