Dear Charles Estate,
You can see the post of so many investors. You took the courage to post the letter - i.e. ARRA letter mentioning that it holds the seal of Ajman Govt.
Mr. Musafir with his post dated 19.01.2010 rightly summarized few questions from al-most all investors which remains un-answered till dat for you to come back and provide the answers but seems like you have gone missing. This shows that your intention was not to help the investors but to grab last bit of investors money with the so called swap deal.
I am sure you must be following on to this page,so why not answer the qestions unless .....

I am totally agree with Musafir.
R HOLDING should give us a clear schedule for the construction and completion date of his projects.

I have a unit in The Eye Tower and whenever I ask for the progress they told me "We are working on ّFoundation Piles" since 12 months ago!
If you check the last condition of the tower you can see after more than 12 months they just finished the piles!!!!!

Also if they finish these 4 towers, they will be just 4 building in middle of the desert....

Anybody heard about swapping the properties between Ajman and Dubia?
Somebody give me an offer and I searched a lot.
Does anybody have some information if it is legal or not?

you might want to consider demading compensation rather then merely discounting you 1 dhr per floor (presumably that was the additional charge per floor they added in first place)

i would think you would have claim for recompense as you had sought on 34 floor of a tower not 21st, the prestige of such height and level may well have been your basis for purchase in first place, now that tower downgraded value not their as much.

this further may well give you right for repudiation of the contract due to their breach of contract in not doing what they contracted to do. not only are they reducing size of building from 34-21 floors, but they are abolishing your entire floor. hence the booked office you made no longer exists at all. and instead they want you to accept a new office they are scheduling NOW to make on 21st floor.
if you have not agreed to such change, then they are at fault for breach of contract for which you should be able to demand termination. and in light of you presumably having already made payments to them, to demand return of such payments along with interest (or compensation for breach for which you could have invested money elsewhere had it not been for their breach) as well as legal costs in taking them to court for their breach and failure to fulfil their contractual obligations.

Is Charls Estate swapping their non performed projects with some reputable developer in Ajman or Dubai like Cornish / Horizon tower or even on going project Ajman one.

Lavender tower, Lilies tower or Paradise Lake -->> Cornish tower, Horizon tower or Ajman one.

Any way you not more than commission agent, you will even earn your commission and help R Holding and trustworthy investor will atlist be with developed or developing projects.

I understand u r the one doing marketing for R-Holdings.U cann't answer our questions.
Well Then give us the details of the person to approach with our queries.
we r not interested to invest further with u, rather not interested and do not trust the whole of UAE including the govt.(how can they change visa rules and say we had never granted visas.were they sleeping for so many yrs during boom when there was so much advertising in all kind of media)
At present we want to know abt our current investments.
I had heard R-Holdings were going to adress the situation in dec.no news from them.
As u had put earlier u are having lot of hurdles and trying to work around.
COME ON !! U r the master developers.first of all u should get organised and give us a schedule.also I believe u should hanve all kind of depts.so which is ur dept to answer our queries as put by musafir.
Not interested to hear any more dodgy answers or we r working on it kind of things!!!
giv us the details of the concerned person or authority to approach.

your mere presence here is advertising, marketing R HOLDINGS and charles

it is not YOUR CITY per se. rather you are a marketing tool for R HOLDINGS who are master developers of the city.

Developers who have sold freehold plots to other sub developers who market products, and like the sub developers R Holdings too have then sold apartments/offices in such plots and developments freehold to investors.

we as investors pay your salary. enable you to market your products are your bread and butter.

are the people suffering by the delays of R holdings in ensuring completion of emirates city developments, and we will ultimately be the ones taking legal action against R HOLDINGS as master developer should completions of all developments not be completed on time as contractually reguired and under premises of misrepresentation of advertising by R HOLDINGS on completions for the 'single phase development' which induced investors to partake their valuably earned money and invest in emirates city development.

would be interesting if YOU PERSONALLY and CHARLES ESTATES AND R HOLDINGS will then still most vehemently lambaste of it being their city and responsibility for such delays as MASTER DEVELOPER and vicariously liable for the same !

as for your advertising

whilst you are attempting to do it subtely (not so sutble with multiple floods on different pages)

it is nevertheless marketing your projects, not a charitable endevour, or philanthropy.

i will allow this page for the moment.

but rest assured your posts are considred as advertising and marketing for the company you represent.

it is alarming that you come here presently to advertise swapping, yet fail to answer the multitude of unaswered questions posed to you over a year ago

relating to subjects of great concern to those who invested in r holdings

relating to construction progresss

completetions

instalments

payment plans

infastructure

utilities

construction based instalments

many here including those who may well consider to swap (with your company or others)

would want detailed constructive responses from you on such IMPORTANT MATTERS for which you are to date been elusive regarding.

please provide constructive detailed answers to above. not merely as and when you wish to market your products come here and post on multitude of pages, and then claim philanthropy !
