R-Holding, ARRA Escrow registration, another scam! DO NOT TRUST THEM
Recieved an email from R Holding:
"R Holding and its projects are now registered with ARRA (Ajman Real-estate Regulatory Agency)...
LAVENDER tower (acc # 01-1002161-017) Lilles (acc # 01-1002162-019)...
We look forward to receive all your pending due installments within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of this communication in order to update your payments. It is recommended to keep current with your monthly installments as per the attached “Payment Schedule Details” in order to avoid any concerns that may arise in the future." etc
So after having paid £120,000 so far and stopping all future payments from Jan/09 they now want us to deposit monthly installments into the legal escrow account. Now they can complete this scam/fraud legally with ARRA/Escrow blessings.
How much does RHolding have in its account? If enough to complete the tower, they should go ahead without begging us for more dollors.
Still no sign of infrastructure... I am NOT paying any more until this tower is completed. Even if they offer construction linked payments, dont pay them, they should have enough to finish the towers. There is no law and order in Ajman... Aman qureshi thief, esskay owner etc taking millions of dollors with them... authorities are clueless... money disappearing left right and centre
New completetion date offered end of 2010 or beginning 2011. What a joke.. look at the construction so far... 13 floors in 3 years, and approx 30 new floors + finishing by end of 2010?

Please feel free to express your opinion, but do not call it a "SCAM" because this word has a different meaning.
ARRA Registration and Escrow Accounts official documentation were also sent to you in that same e-mail, why didnt you put or atleast mention the complete information that was sent to you, before judging, call it a scam, and giving advice?
Please call ARRA and Ajman bank to verify the information sent to you.
Therefore, please do not try to call it a "SCAM".
As per ARRA's Directions, we are now Registered with ARRA, and have escrow accounts.
Please note that we do not beg people for money. We remind you that you have due intallments, and nobody can force you to pay if you dont want to.

Its a known fact that escrow accounts are not linked to construction progress, otherwise, none of you would ask for more money period. You have worked very hard to lose our trust, and you have no credibility, so deal with it.

My duty is to inform investors and to think before sending more $$. Arra = disabled organization or simply a post office which convey messages between parties. Ajman is a lawless state. I urge every person who has invested in Lavendar/Lilles to not pay and ask for a full refund or persue in court. Invest in your own country where you have more control. This is a total disaster.

Yes DRlavendar, how right you are, now that we have learnt the truth in a bitter manner, we should caution everyone about this scam. I have managed to put off quite a lot of people in UK in investing in Ajman, and definitely believe in investing in your own country, where you have a right to say as loudly as you can and your grieviences are looked into and not like ARRA or any other governing body in Ajman, where there is just hush hush, and falsehood. I am glad that the message is getting around. If they had maintained our trust, they would have benefitted a lot in the long run as we the investors would have been like a good advertisement for them, but the truth always come around in the end. Very very sad for Ajman Govt. and ARRA, as they are totally exposed now. I am definately not sendiing my £s there.

if you really want me to start paying you again you have to give me in writing (forming part of my contract) the new completion date with penalty clause offering me loss in rental income for delay if the deadline is not met on monthly basis.

for long i have tried to remain positive about my investment in Emirates city convincing myself at least i have invested with the master developer at least they will build their own tower but i was WRONG.
these R holding people are CROOKS they only know how to take peoples money. i have communicated my concerns with following people but to no avail

the customer service from my info know nothing technical about the project they just say what the management wants them to say they r Management service and not customer service.
Ms Hanan is a confused lady who doesnt know what to tell the customers bcoz according to her the management is only still exploring options on how to build their Iconic office tower EYE tower. she had the nerve to say it was FORCE MAJURE delay for EYE tower because the bulk investors were not able to pay . what a joke .... make good customers suffer because FLIPPERS are not able to pay.

I am losing hope by the day and i wonder i am with the master developer the one who has sold the land and POCKETED the money he cant build with what he has and is dependant on the so called bulk investors god help those who have invested with smaller developers.

they feel they have all rights to rob investor's money and investor must pay on time without asking any question.. scammers are thieves who try to take someone's money by scamming but these ppl are robbers, who took investor's money with confidence and now scolding investors to give more money.. without giving any assurance, any dedication to their own contracts. this is clear cut robbery
so we should sorry to say them scammers and give them right grade.. THE DAYLIGHT ROBBERS.
