i have started this topic to highlight how daylight robbery is taking place in Ajman via R holding and ARRA partnership.
just try and understand this ARRA is just a puppet and they r not going to do anything to R holding. I have been following them for Eye tower and they havent replied a single email.
i have spoken to lot of people well aware of real estate situation in Ajman and they tell me even if any developer is not building anything on plots allocated in emirates city R holding is not bothered as amaster developer they are only interested in collecting their land payment.
they should be held liable for false info and advertising they should deliver the City then only there is some scope of return on investment , tell me who will stay in EC if only say 20 out of 92 proposed towers are built and rest is a concrete junkyard.
the only way to get hold of these robbers is to stop paying and keep exposing them in media locally and internationally so that they understand that if we dont pay they will definitely not find any other buyer who will pay them,,,,,,,,
