Purpose of this website
This website was initially launched for the investors of emirates city. They used to exchange their views about various issues related to emirates city. This the copy of "about us " of the website
This website is the portal of Emirates City - a new developing district in Ajman, UAE.
Indeed It's a virtual community of Home Owners, Office Owners and residents (in the future).
Although Other projects of Ajman and North Emirates can be discussed in this portal.
Mission
1- Informing/Reporting the news, events and progress of projects.
2- Cooperation and making decision about the affairs of projects seperately and aslo generall affairs.
3- Introducing and making people familiar with the Emirates City and its Towers (and also other districts of north emirates).
4- Helping the owners to sell and rent his/her flats and offices.
Vision
Making the Emirates City specialy and other districts of north emirates generally as one of the best districts for investment and life in the United Arab Emirates
But now i think the people are using it for many other topics other than emirates city, which i fail to understand. I have stopped logging to the site.

I have an moderator access and I am able to delete, but lately it is simply impossible. There is no function to delete all messages by one poster. Also they manage to post with one click on several threads. This site has to be returned to its original purpose. I wouldn't be surprised if the Ajman government is behind this spam attack, after all a link fom wikipedia ( Ajman) to this forum has been established and it greatly ruins their reputation as a place to invest.

I think that at present all things in EC (incl. our money) is dead, therefore the most of us have visted this site very rarely in the last time. The other thing is, that the information flow and its quality is reduced extremly, maybe as result of the deadness of the building activities and the absence of good news.
I hope that some changes happened in this year. If developers show some improvements in construction process I'm sure that investors come back and continue their installments.

Since EC has become static, I have posted less frequently and sometimes not at all for months on end.
Visited EC at bginning of Jan 2011 and though it looks poor at the moment, I believe it will happen - just don't know how much longer things will take. Trust has been lost with developers, contractors, sales nad marketing, ARRA etc...
I have resorted to contacting a few old posters directly as your msgs now get swamped amongst shoe ads!
Arian-Shiraz, Josau - great to see your still around.
Where are Ajman bound, Dwarish and Imre to name but a few.
Lets sort this site out and return it to its original state.
Hope you get to read this before it is swamped with Nike ads!
